Official Gazette Ordering

The Official Gazette is issued on a monthly basis and includes, Laws and decrees issued by HH Ruler of the Emirate, and decisions of HH Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council, additional to circulars and regulations.

The first issue of the Official Gazette dates back to 1965. Earlier editions are available as encyclopedia editions.

The currently available encyclopedia volumes include:

• 1965-1980: 3 parts (laws, decrees, Chairman’s decisions)
• 1981-2000: 3 parts (laws, decrees, Chairman’s decisions)

Note:

• Official Gazette editions are available in Arabic language only until 2008.
• Official Gazette editions are available in Arabic and English language from 2009 onwards.

Procedures of ordering the Gazette via mail:

If you would like to order the Official Gazette via mail, please fill out the application form.

You may bring the completed application with cash payment to the Executive Council in person or send the completed application along with a draft cheque by post to the Executive Council P.O. Box 19 Abu Dhabi- UAE.

For application submissions and payment done in person, the entire transaction of the Gazette subscription will be made at the gate of the Executive Council, where you will receive the requested editions. Further editions (Hard Copy and CD) will be sent to the subscriber via regular mail to the specified P.O. Box.

Procedures of ordering a single edition:

Requests for single editions must be made via mail. Please fill in the application form and send it along with a draft cheque by normal mail to the above mentioned address.

For ordering from outside the UAE, payment will be through draft cheques. Kindly issue the draft to the following holder’s name: General Secretariat of Executive Council.
